Dr. Feras Al Khatib, a board-certified orthodontist, brings a wealth of global experience and a passion for precision to every smile he creates. With over 20 years of experience crafting smiles and training residents, Dr. Al Khatib has honed his skills after completing his dental degree from Damascus University. He then moved to Paris, France, to complete his orthodontics residency. After practicing in Europe and the Middle East, Dr. Al Khatib moved to the United States, where he completed a residency program in orthodontics at the University of Southern Illinois University (SIU). As an American Board-Certified Orthodontist, Dr. Al Khatib remains dedicated to staying at the forefront of the field. He is also a respected faculty member at SIU, where he shares his extensive knowledge and helps train future orthodontists, fostering the next generation of dental leaders.
Dr. Al Khatib is committed to evidence-based practice and has extensive experience with advanced clear aligner therapies, including Invisalign, Angel Aligner, and other cutting-edge solutions. He loves sharing his knowledge, frequently lecturing both online and in person to teach other orthodontists and advance the field.
Known for his meticulous approach and patient-centered practice, Dr. Al Khatib ensures that each patient receives personalized, high-quality care. His philosophy is simple: everyone will be treated as family and given the best possible care. Dr. Al Khatib resides in St. Louis with his wife and three children. When he’s not teaching or crafting beautiful smiles, he enjoys reading, hiking, traveling to explore new places, and learning about new technologies.
